We finish our 2nd week of March with 53 New Pending transactions – that’s 19 more than we had last March at this time! Attached are this week’s new listings and Open Houses scheduled for the weekend. Congratulations to everyone for all your hard work!
A few reminders as we continue to see multiple offers and escalation clauses with new transactions, please be sure to turn in a copy of the competing offer that activated the escalation clause. And the form we still see the most issues on is the 22J (lead based paint) – please be sure to have all the correct boxes checked on pages 1 and 2 as well as having all the necessary signatures and initials including selling and listing broker signatures. Earnest money receipts from escrow as well as the selling broker are also extremely important – it is the #1 thing an auditor looks for in the file. Thank you to everyone for your diligence in making sure your files are complete.
